The Blueberry Health and Well-being Initiative was introduced to the beach over two years ago as a fun and engaging way to improve physical and mental well-being through strength training.

 

This initiative is more than just exercise—it’s about community, connection, and holistic well-being. By bringing people together in a supportive outdoor environment, we encourage social interaction, resilience, and personal growth while improving overall health.
